'<p>空气压缩机润滑脂的品质对微油复盛螺杆空压机的特性拥有 根本性的危害，若错误操作或错用，则会造成 空气压缩机发电机组的比较严重毁坏。针对空气压缩机润滑脂，提议应用耐老化、抗乳状液、耐腐蚀，不容易起沫的成品油。 </p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>一般状况下，在空气压缩机运作2000小时后，就必须对空气压缩机的润滑脂开展拆换。切勿让润滑脂超出成品油的使用期，不然成品油质量降低，润湿性能降低，非常容易导致因高溫跳电状况，另外由于成品油的着火点降低，也非常容易产生因为成品油起火而使空气压缩机损坏的安全事故。 </p><p>不但必须立即换机油，还需恰当地换机油。复盛螺杆空压机恰当的换机油流程以下： </p><p>1.将空气压缩机运作，使水温升高，便于排污。随后按住关机按键，终止运行； </p><p>2.开启过滤阀有工作压力时，泄油速率迅速，非常容易喷出来。这时应渐渐地开启，以防润滑脂溅出。 </p><p>3.润滑脂泄净以后，应关掉过滤阀，开启给油口盖引入新油。留意务必将系统软件内全部润滑脂透光，如管道、冷却塔、燃气桶等。 </p><p>4.添加新的同样型号的空气压缩机润滑脂。 </p>
