'<p>伴随着社会发展不断发展趋势和发展，节能降耗愈来愈变成大家关注的话题讨论。尤其是工业生产行业上，各公司都会积极主动采取措施的环保节能对策。 </p><p>空气压缩机做为工业生产智能化的基本商品，是公司生产制造中不能缺乏的工业设备。空气压缩机是将电磁能转换为气体机械能的，其用电量十分极大，非常是一般的直流机。对于这状况，现如今许多的公司都对空气压缩机开展节能项目。 </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>直流起动冲击性电流量大  </p><p>直流空气压缩机选用的是星三角启动方法，以5-8倍的额定电压启动，对电力网冲击性大，非常容易导致电力网不稳定及其威协别的用电量机器设备的运作安全性，发现异常。  </p><p> </p><p>载入与卸载掉的电磁能消耗  </p><p>传统式的空气压缩机在工作压力做到需要的压力后，还会继续使工作压力再次升高，直至卸载掉工作压力。如空气压缩机若只必须8kg的工作压力时，务必是打进9kg，随后降至8kg时再载入，因而造成了2个消耗。一个是以9kg降至8kg时，电动机高转速，导致比较严重的满载消耗；二是以8kg升至9kg的压力差消耗。据查看，每升高1公斤的工作压力多耗电量7%，2kg工作压力则多耗电量14%。  </p><p>此外，因为直流操纵方法的限定，电动机不可以经常地起停，因而再用供气量少的情况下电动机依然要满载运作，电磁能消耗极大。  </p><p>工作压力不稳，调整慢  </p><p>直流空气压缩机的自动化技术水平低，輸出工作压力的调整是靠对加卸阀、调节阀门的操纵来完成的，调整速度比较慢，起伏大，精密度低，輸出工作压力不稳定。  </p><p>加快损坏，维护保养量大  </p><p>直流操纵的工作方式决策了加卸阀必定不断姿势，构件易脆化；不断地直流高速运行，不但噪声大，还会继续使滚动轴承的损坏加速，设备维护管理量大。  </p><p>传统式的空气压缩机开展节能项目后，能够 使空气压缩机的气体工作压力輸出与客户气体系统软件需要的供气量相符合，完成恒流源气路，软起动运作，降低对空气压缩机以及他用电量机器设备的冲击性，提高空气压缩机的可靠性，降低电磁能开支，完成空气压缩机的节能减排。  </p>
