'<p><strong>1.空压机曲轴的拆卸</strong></p><p>(1)用吊具翻转缸体，使缸体倒立。</p><p>(2)卸下主轴承盖螺帽。</p><p>(3)观察主轴承盖的标志是否与缸体上的标志逐一对应(畴前到后依次为1~9。</p><p>(4)取下空压机主轴承盖,按标志次序放置。</p><p>(5)取下主轴瓦,依照次序做好标志,成对放置。</p><p>(6)在曲轴的两头各固定一个螺栓,挂上吊装带。</p><p>(7)吊下曲轴。</p><p>(8)用空压机拉力器卸下曲轴两头的耐磨环。</p><p>留意:曲轴放置时下面要用垫木垫平，防止长间隔悬空使曲轴变形。</p><p style="text-align: center;"><img alt="空压机齿轮" src="2018/1228/1842.jpg" /></p><p><strong>2.空压机凸轮轴的拆卸</strong></p><p>(1)察看正时齿轮和曲轴齿轮上的安装标志是否清楚完全(曲轴齿轮上标志为B,正时 齿轮上标志为C)。若不完全清楚,则须要从头标志。</p><p>(2)打开正时齿轮固定螺栓锁片。</p><p>(3)卸下正时空压机齿轮固定螺栓。</p><p>(4)卸下正时齿轮。</p><p>(5)滚动小齿轮,打开凸轮轴止推瓦固定螺栓的锁片。</p><p>(6)卸下凸轮轴止推瓦。</p><p>(7)当心的抽出凸轮轴。</p><p><strong>3.空压机气缸盖的拆解</strong></p><p>(1)用气门弹簧紧缩器紧缩气门弹簧,取下气门卡毂。</p><p>(2)取下空压机气门弹簧盖、气弹簧、气门油封和蔼门转盘。</p><p>(3)取下入气阀、排气阀。</p><p>(4)用气门座圈砂轮机在座圈上打出环槽,用座圈拉拔器拉出入、排气门座圈。</p><p>(5)用冲子打出气门导管。</p>'
