'一、确保零件的关键加工精度<br />　　大家都知道，涡流空气压缩机零件精密度一般规定μm级（μm），因为它对空气压缩机特性危害很大。其零件的关键加工精度为：（1）涡流线的精密度 涡流线的精密度是危害空气压缩机空调制冷量的较关键要素。它关键包含涡流型线轮廓度即具体值与基础理论渐开线齿轮涡线（也有效其他线形组成涡流线）的偏差，型线内孔，型线底边的平整度及彼此之间的平面度，涡壁粗糙度，左右倒圆角值，涡壁平整度（平整度已由涡流线的轮廓度包含了，在运营中一般已不精确测量）。涡流线的轮廓度要确保在10～15μm之内，平整度和平面度一般应操纵在5μm之内。涡流型线精密度能用东京检测株式（Tosokcorporation）的涡线精密度运营线检查仪。<br />　　（2）健槽"三度"健槽"三度"就是指动盘，声卡机架上安裝十字电滑环的健槽两边面的平整度，平面度，平整度。<br />　　它是危害空气压缩机运行特性的重要，一般都应操纵在715μm之内，必须用三坐标测量机在计量检定室检验或用西班牙马阿拉伯（MARPOSS）专用型查验设备在运营线检验。<br />　　（3）发动机曲轴的平面度和轴力量发动机曲轴除开要确保主轴轴承直徑和凸轮轴直徑的标准公差，各轴直徑的圆柱度精密度外，也要确保发动机曲轴轴力部中心线与主中心线的平面度，轴力量，能用运营线专用型检测仪器检测，确保涡流线优良的齿合情况。<br />　　（4）声卡机架的平行度和平整度声卡机架的关键形位精密度主导滚动轴承孔与下滚动轴承孔的平行度及其两滚动轴承孔对声卡机架内孔的平整度，必须用专用型运营线检测仪器检测，确保主轴轴承优良的健身运动特性。<br />　　（5）罩壳內径的精密度无论髙压腔還是底压腔涡旋式中央空调空气压缩机，电机的电机定子全是热套在列管式内的。<br />　　以便确保电机转子磁密的匀称性，罩壳的內径一般都必须历经粗，精整形美容才可以做到规定的內径精密度。<br />
